RADON SOLUTIONS

Radon Solutions is a division of Building Performance Co. LLC. We provide Professional Radon Testing and Radon Mitigation Design and Installation Services for residences in the Central Kansas areas of Salina, McPherson, Lindsborg, Abilene, Ellsworth, Junction City, Newton. We travel up to 8 hours from Salina for diagnostics, design, and installation of radon mitigation systems or other soil vapor removal systems for commercial buildings, multifamily buildings, schools, and difficult to fix houses.

OUR WORKFORCE

Chad is the founder of Building Performance Co. His education, BS in Mechanical Engineering, along with his passion for the environment and many years of construction design have led him to focus his expertise on radon/soil vapor mitigation. He is a national, NRPP, and state of Kansas certified radon mitigation and measurement specialist and has personally designed and installed several thousand radon mitigation systems. In addition, he has analyzed hundreds of buildings for energy efficiency as a Certified HERS Rater. Chad is currently the Lead Radon Mitigation Trainer for the Regional Radon Training Center at Kansas State University, where he teaches introductory radon mitigation and continuing education classes. He is active in the community as the past President of Salina Home Builder's Association and the State HBA. He sat on the Salina Building Advisory Board during the last code adoption cycle. Nationally, Chad is a past board member and Vice President of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST), the radon industry trade association. He currently is the Treasurer of the Heartland Chapter of AARST and serves on several radon standards committees.

Kaber is our newest NRPP Certified Radon Mitigator and Residential Business Development Director. After graduating from Southeast of Saline High School and Salina Technical College, Kaber has decided to pursue his passions for health and the environment by working in a field that helps create healthier homes and lives for our clients. Kaber has worked for Radon Solutions in the past, and he is now ready to jump in as a full time member of the team

Ryan is a Kansas state certified radon measurement specialist. His experience with the Real Estate community and his degree in education, along with his passion to help others, make him uniquely qualified to meet our clients’ need.
